This online, multidisciplinary, "BETTER PAIN MANAGEMENT" program, has been designed for specialist and general medical practitioners as well as for medical students, nurses and allied health practitioners engaged in the care of patients with persistent pain.

This online program has been developed by the FACULTY of PAIN MEDICINE of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists from material originally developed in conjunction with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and in partnership with the BUPA Health Foundation.

This educational initiative of the FACULTY of PAIN MEDICINE, ANZCA, has been contributed to, supported or endorsed by the following partnering organisations: Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, Australian Pain Society, Painaustralia, Department of Health, Australian Federal Government, Australian Medicare Locals Alliance.

Independent committees and governance structures of the Faculty of Pain Medicine, ANZCA, have guaranteed editorial independence via the separation of project supporters and funders from editorial decisions on topics, authors and content.

The aim of the "BETTER PAIN MANAGEMENT" program is to present unbiased, prioritized, educational messages as interestingly, engagingly and as accessibly as possible while emphasizing core themes in pain medicine.
