This Privacy Policy governs your use of a software application ("Application") on a mobile device that was created by the Faculty of Pain Medicine of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (referred to as "FPM"). The Application includes dosing information on Opioids to assist in determining current opioid consumption standardised as a single oral morphine equianalgesic daily dose.

FPM is committed to protecting your privacy and safety rights while using the Application. To protect your privacy the Application has been developed in such a way that it does not collect, process or store any "personal information". This is through a process called "Privacy by Design".

‘Personal information’ means any information that either identifies you individually or which can be combined with other information to establish your identity. This process ensures your use of this Application is anonymous.

To further protect your privacy please note the following features of the Application.

No Spyware
The Application does not collect or transmit personally identifiable information and does not monitor your personal use of the Application.

The Application may send unidentifiable and non-personal statistical data to enable quality assurance and improve support processes. Such non-personal data includes unidentifiable usage of the Application (for example; information about your device, your carrier and/or mobile software application platform statistical usage data, and device specific technical events such as software crashes or errors).

No Adware
You will not be required to view obtrusive ads in order to use the Application.

Easy Uninstall
You can easily uninstall the Application any time by using the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Full Control
You have full control over the Application and can modify your preferences at any time. You can easily deactivate or close the Application at any time.
